Role Overview:

We're seeking a
Knitting Manager
to lead our knitting operations, ensuring production efficiency, quality excellence, and alignment with company goals — including the marketing and business development of commercial knitting services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily knitting operations and production schedules
• Ensure machine efficiency, maintenance, and technical troubleshooting
• Maintain and improve product quality standards
• Lead, train, and supervise the knitting team
• Coordinate with production, planning, and marketing departments
• Support marketing efforts for
  commercial knitting
  by promoting capabilities and building customer relations
• Assist in product presentations and technical discussions with clients
• Drive continuous improvement and uphold health & safety protocols

Requirements:

• Strong expertise in knitting machine operations & production management
• Proven experience in textile manufacturing and quality assurance
• Knowledge of marketing for commercial knitting preferred
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor's in Textile or Mechanical Engineering (or related field)
