We are currently seeking a professional and experienced Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our patients and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome patients and visitors in a courteous and professional manner
  • Answer and manage incoming calls promptly and direct them to the appropriate personnel
  • Schedule and confirm patient appointments using electronic medical record (EMR) systems
  • Maintain and update patient records with high accuracy and confidentiality
  • Collect and verify insurance and billing information
  • Assist with patient check-in and check-out procedures
  • Manage waiting room flow and ensure patients are attended to promptly
  • Coordinate with medical and administrative staff to optimize workflow
  • Handle inquiries and provide accurate information regarding services, schedules, and procedures
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area

Requirements:

  • 3–4 years of experience as a receptionist in a healthcare
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Outstanding interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize duties, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable with digital tools
  • High level of discretion and professionalism when dealing with confidential information
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree or certification in medical administration is a plus
  • Prefernece will be given to those who live nearby DHA
