Receptionist (Male) DHA

We are currently seeking a professional and experienced Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our patients and visitors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome patients and visitors in a courteous and professional manner
- Answer and manage incoming calls promptly and direct them to the appropriate personnel
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments using electronic medical record (EMR) systems
- Maintain and update patient records with high accuracy and confidentiality
- Collect and verify insurance and billing information
- Assist with patient check-in and check-out procedures
- Manage waiting room flow and ensure patients are attended to promptly
- Coordinate with medical and administrative staff to optimize workflow
- Handle inquiries and provide accurate information regarding services, schedules, and procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
Requirements:
- 3–4 years of experience as a receptionist in a healthcare
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Outstanding interpersonal and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize duties, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable with digital tools
- High level of discretion and professionalism when dealing with confidential information
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree or certification in medical administration is a plus
- Prefernece will be given to those who live nearby DHA
