What You'll Do (Your Mission):

Strategize, launch, and scale paid ad campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, Google & beyond.

Identify, target, and engage the right audiences for every client.

Optimize campaigns daily for maximum ROI, conversions, and lead flow.

Craft ad copy and collaborate with our creative team for scroll-stopping visuals.

Build and manage lead-generation funnels that capture and convert.

Track KPIs, analyze data, and report performance clearly & confidently.

Stay ahead of platform updates, algorithms, and ad trends.

What We're Looking For (Your Superpowers):

2+ years of proven success running paid campaigns (Meta Ads / Google Ads).

Deep understanding of targeting, split-testing, and funnel building.

Strong analytical skills — you can read the numbers and act fast.

Experience generating & qualifying high-quality leads.

Copywriting + creative direction mindset (you know what hooks people).

A proactive self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Bonus Points If You Have:

Managed campaigns with $10k+ monthly ad spend.

Experience across multiple industries.

Certification(s) in Meta Ads or Google Ads.
