We are a digital marketing agency serving clients in the USA, Canada, UK, Ireland, UAE, New Zealand, and Australia. Our core services include Performance Marketing, SEO, and Web Development. We are seeking an experienced
Lead Generation & Appointment Setter
to help us expand into international markets.

Responsibilities

  • Research and identify potential leads in the target markets.
  • Initiate conversations with prospects via LinkedIn, email, and other channels.
  • Qualify leads and successfully set up client appointments.
  • Ensure that a lead is only counted as successful once it results in a
    client meeting (show-up).
  • Consistently achieve
    30–40 client meeting show-ups per month.
  • Below 30 show-ups in a month will not be compensated.
  • Maintain and update lead databases/CRM.
  • Collaborate with the sales/marketing team to achieve monthly targets.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of proven experience in
    B2B lead generation and appointment setting.
  • Strong communication skills in English (written & verbal).
  • Proficiency with LinkedIn, email outreach, and other lead gen/appointment setting tools.
  • Experience with international markets (USA, Canada, UK, UAE, Australia) is highly preferred.
  • Own laptop and fast internet connection are mandatory.
  • Portfolio of past lead generation/appointment setting work (with proof of results) is required.

Compensation

  • Base Salary:
    PKR 40,000/month.
  • Commission:
    10% of revenue from successfully closed clients only.
  • If monthly target of 30 show-ups is not achieved,
    no base salary and commission will be released.
  • Below target = no compensation (strict policy).

  • One half-day leave per month.
  • Bi-annual increment.
