As the Senior Content Writer, you will lead and manage a small team of writers and editors. You will plan, research, and write high-quality, search-optimized, and user-focused content that aligns with the brand voice and business goals.

This role requires a self-motivated, independent professional who can take initiative, manage projects from start to finish, and work confidently without constant supervision. You will use AI tools only for research and ideation, not for writing full content.

Key Responsibilities

● Lead and guide the content writing team.

● Develop and maintain the content strategy and publishing calendar.

● Write and edit SEO-friendly content for websites, blogs, and landing pages.

● Ensure all content aligns with Google's Helpful Content and EEAT standards.

● Conduct research to understand user intent and optimize content accordingly.

● Review and improve existing content for engagement, dwell time, and CTR.

● Collaborate with designers and developers to improve content presentation.

● Track performance using Google Analytics 4 and Search Console.

Requirements

● Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mass Communication, Marketing, English Literature, or a related field.

● 4–6 years of professional content writing experience (preferably in real estate, construction, or design).

● Excellent command of English, both written and verbal.

● Strong understanding of SEO, user intent, and content structure.

● Experience with EEAT, keyword research, and on-page optimization.

● Knowledge of tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, SurferSEO, and GA4.

● Proven ability to lead a team and manage deadlines.

● Self-driven and capable of initiating and completing tasks independently.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs80, Rs100,000.00 per month
