Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Lahore for a Machine Operator. The Machine Operator will be responsible for operating machinery, performing quality control checks, troubleshooting machine issues, and maintaining hand tools. Daily tasks will involve setting up machines, monitoring their operation, and ensuring products meet quality standards. The role requires meticulous attention to detail and effective communication with team members and supervisors.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Machine Operation and use of Hand Tools
  • Experience in Quality Control processes and procedures
  • Knowledge of Machinery maintenance and troubleshooting
  • Strong Communication skills for coordinating with team members
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards
  • Previous experience in a manufacturing or printing environment is beneficial
  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification is a plus
