QSG Pakistan is a youth-driven organization dedicated to promoting E-sports, physical sports, and digital awareness within educational institutions in Pakistan, with a special focus on Balochistan. We engage young minds through competitive activities and provide opportunities to enhance their skills and career prospects via gaming and sports. Our activities include organizing Gaming Expos, school and college tournaments, and awareness sessions featuring popular E-sports titles like Tekken and FC25. We also offer volunteer training, event management opportunities, and career-building platforms in a festival-like atmosphere.

Role Description

This is a volunteer hybrid role located in Quetta, with some work-from-home flexibility. Volunteers will be involved in day-to-day tasks such as organizing and managing gaming events and sporting activities, collaborating with schools and colleges, conducting awareness and career counseling sessions, and assisting with event logistics and coordination. Volunteers will contribute to creating engaging and educational experiences for the youth, helping QSG Pakistan achieve its mission.

Qualifications

• Event Management and Organizational skills
• Passion for E-sports, Physical Sports, and Youth Development
• Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and in team settings
• Experience in project coordination and collaboration with educational institutions
• Knowledge of gaming titles like Tekken and FC25 is a plus but not mandatory
• Flexibility to work both on-location and remotely
