Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated Junior WordPress Developer
 to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in building, customizing, and maintaining WordPress websites, working under the guidance of senior developers. This role is ideal for someone passionate about web development and eager to expand their skills in WordPress development, including popular page builders such as 
Elementor, Divi, and WPBakery
.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in developing, maintaining, and updating WordPress websites.
  • Customize WordPress themes and plugins based on project requirements.
  • Basic experience of a multi-WP network.
  • Work with page builders such as 
    Elementor, Divi, and WPBakery
     to create and update web pages.
  • Implement responsive design and ensure cross-browser compatibility.
  • Optimize websites for performance and speed.
  • Collaborate with designers, content creators, and senior developers to implement website features.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve website issues and bugs.
  • Maintain code quality and follow best practices for WordPress development.
  • Learn and adapt to new technologies, tools, and coding standards.
  • Basic experience of website migrations.

Requirements:

  • Basic knowledge of WordPress CMS, themes, and plugins.
  • Experience with 
    Elementor, Divi, and WPBakery
     page builders.
  • Familiarity with 
    HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP
  • Basic understanding of JS-based frameworks
     (React, NextJS & )
  • Understanding of responsive and mobile-first design principles.
  • Basic Understanding of 
    WordPress backend
     (PHP OOP basic concepts)
  • Knowledge of website optimization and SEO-friendly practices is a plus.
  • Familiarity with version control tools, such as 
    Git,
     is a bonus.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Able to work 
    under pressure
    .

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent in 
    Computer Science, Web Development, or related field
     (preferred but not mandatory).
  • 0–2 years of experience in WordPress development (internship experience is acceptable).
