Position: AWS Solutions Architect Generative AI & Voice Applications

Time: 1 PM 10 PM

Location: Onsite (Lake City, Lahore)

About the Role:

Seeking an AWS Solutions Architect with strong expertise in Generative AI, conversational AI, and voice bots to design, develop, and deliver next-gen AI-powered voice systems. This role combines technical leadership with hands-on engineering.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Architect scalable GenAI-driven voice applications.
  • Develop and optimize STT, NLU, TTS, and integrate LLMs.
  • Build RAG pipelines, ensure compliance, and multi-language support.
  • Lead & mentor engineering teams (AI/ML, backend, DevOps).
  • Hands-on coding, prototyping, and troubleshooting.
  • Partner with clients to deliver scalable AI solutions.

  • Required Qualifications:

  • 6+ years in software engineering / solutions architecture.

  • 3+ years in conversational AI, voice bot, or AI-driven telephony.
  • Proven experience with STT, TTS & LLM integration.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • AWS Solutions Architect certification.
  • Experience with multilingual AI systems.
  • Familiarity with GenAI safety & telecom compliance.
  • Background in AI contact center platforms.
