Job Summary:

Architecture Company Castle Shepherd Gilmour is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Draftsman to join our team in Rawalpindi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing detailed architectural drawings, plans, and blueprints. This is an urgent hiring position, and we are looking for a candidate who can start immediately.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create precise and detailed architectural drawings using CAD software.
  • Prepare blueprints, schematics, and 3D models of building designs.
  • Collaborate with architects and engineers to ensure designs meet project specifications.
  • Revise and update existing drawings as per project requirements and feedback.
  • Ensure all drawings comply with relevant building codes and standards.
  • Maintain an organized and accessible library of project drawings and documents.
  • Assist in project documentation and report preparation.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a draftsman in an architectural or construction firm.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, ArchiCAD, or other relevant CAD software.
  • Strong understanding of architectural principles, construction methods, and building codes.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • A relevant diploma or degree is preferred.
  • Revit Specialized will be prefered.
  • Sketchup Skills required.
