Position Overview:

The Female Physiotherapist will be responsible for evaluating, planning, and implementing rehabilitation programs to restore functional movement and alleviate pain. The ideal candidate should be a proactive, compassionate professional who thrives in a collaborative environment and is committed to delivering patient-centered care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct detailed patient assessments and develop personalized physiotherapy treatment plans.
• Administer manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercises, and use of physical modalities.
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans accordingly.
• Educate patients and their families about treatment plans, recovery strategies, and preventive care.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation as per organizational standards.
• Collaborate with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to provide integrated care.
• Adhere to ethical and professional standards in all interactions with patients and staff.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from a recognized institution.
• Post-House Job experience is mandatory.
• Valid registration with the relevant medical or physiotherapy council (if applicable).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a healthcare team.
• Empathy, professionalism, and a commitment to patient care.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience working in a primary healthcare or community-based setting.
• Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMRs).
• Basic knowledge of rehabilitation equipment and technologies.
