Assist Warehouse Incharge to cater for the efficient house-keeping of stock, according to various types of business, i.e., pharmaceutical, consumer, health care, etc., creating provision for mini and major warehousing.

2.Identify the racks for storage of products Principal-wise, Product-wise & special care product. Isolate stock storage for products with pungent smell.

3.Stack goods as per pre-designed storage arrangements, segregating stock by type of businesses, like pharmaceutical, consumer, health care, etc. and placing in respective storage bins.

4.Segregate pharmaceutical stock, as per principal-wise, product-wise & batch-wise etc to cater for the first expiry first out (FEFO) rule.

5.Assist Warehouse Incharge in frequent physical checking of stock and submit the report incase of any discrepancy noted during the stock checking.

6.Ensuring adequate rack space availability, staff presence for stock handling/un-loading from the vans.

7.Document stock damages and shortages, by making Stock Adjustment Slip (SAS)

8.Oversee withdrawal of stock as per summaries, invoices/cash memos, batches, etc and stack them in the dispatch-bay.

9.Arrange for placement of expired stock in the quarantine area, labelled with remarks "Stock Not for Sale". Forward Expired Stock Form to the Depot IT staff for necessary data entry and updation of inventory in mini warehouse (un-saleable stock) and major warehouse (saleable stock).
