Responsibilities:

  • Write compelling YouTube, ad, and storytelling-based video scripts in both Urdu and English.
  • Research Pakistan's real estate market, including trends, projects, and investor behavior.
  • Create content optimized for YouTube, Facebook, TikTok, and Instagram algorithms.
  • Develop high retention Reels, Shorts, and ad campaign scripts with strong hooks and CTAs.
  • Collaborate with the video editing and marketing teams to craft engaging, watchable content.

Required Skills & Knowledge:

  • In-depth understanding of Pakistan's real estate industry and audience psychology.
  • Strong grasp of YouTube algorithms, retention, and watch time strategies.
  • Proven ability to write YouTube scripts, ad copy, and narrative driven content.
  • Expertise in short-form content structure (Hook → Build-up → Payoff → CTA).
  • Skilled in writing viral captions, reels copy, and social headlines.
  • Research driven approach content backed by facts data and trends.
