We're hiring a Senior Web Developer who can build high-quality, conversion-focused websites with speed, accuracy, and clean execution.

If you're confident in WordPress, can work quickly without sacrificing quality, and thrive in a structured, process-driven environment, you'll love this role.

This is NOT a junior "drag-and-drop" role.

This is for someone who can build websites properly, solve problems independently, think critically, and collaborate with our fulfillment team.

What You'll Do

Build 5-7 page WordPress websites from scratch using approved designsCreate landing pages & funnels that load fast and convert wellHandle ongoing edits, updates, and QA checks across multiple sitesCollaborate with the SEO and Paid Media teams to ensure technical SEO best practicesFix layout issues, spacing, responsiveness, and structural problems across devicesEnsure clean backend structure, naming conventions, and user-friendly admin setupsFollow internal processes, update project tickets, and communicate proactivelySupport site migrations, plugin updates, and troubleshooting tasks
 

What Success Looks Like (First 90 Days)

You:

Deliver new website builds on time, pixel-perfect, and fully responsiveReduce the amount of rework needed from designers or other developersCommunicate clearly in ClickUp and meet deadlines consistentlyHelp improve internal build processes (templates, checklists, QA steps)Become a reliable, fast-moving developer the team can trust
 

Requirements (Must-Have)

3-5+ years of professional WordPress development experienceAdvanced skills in:WordPress (theme setup, builders, customisation)HTML, CSS, JavaScriptPHPResponsive development (mobile/tablet/desktop)
 Strong understanding of:Speed optimisationTechnical SEO basicsWebsite QA processesAbility to implement designs exactly as provided (no guesswork)Good English communication (written & spoken)Reliable internet, modern hardware, and ability to work full-time remotel

Nice-to-Have

Experience with Shopify or WooCommerceExperience building multi-location / service-based websitesFamiliarity with CRO or funnel best practicesUnderstanding of global sections, components, and scalable build structuresExperience working in agencies with fast-paced development cycles
