Job Description – Electrical Foreman

Location: Reco Diq, Balochistan

Rotation: 28 days on / 14 days off

Department: Contracts

• Manages the electrical installation section under their supervision.
• Ensures the section meets production targets for the volume of work and services within established deadlines, and improves labor productivity.
• Determines the placement of workers and teams, forms teams (their number, professional, and qualification composition), and coordinates their activities.
• Monitors compliance with technological processes, promptly identifies and eliminates the causes of their violations.
• Participates in the development of new and improvement of existing technological processes and modes, as well as production schedules.
• Checks the quality of work performed.
• Implements measures to prevent defects and improve quality.
• Participates in the acceptance of completed electrical installation work.
• Establishes and promptly communicates production targets to teams and individual workers (not part of teams) in accordance with approved production plans and schedules, as well as standard indicators for the use of equipment, raw materials, materials, tools, fuel, and energy.
• Provides on-the-job training to workers, implements occupational health and safety regulations, industrial sanitation, and technical operation of equipment and tools, and monitors compliance.
• Ensures the accurate and timely execution of primary documents for recording working hours, output, and downtime.
• Ensures timely revision of labor cost standards in accordance with established procedures, and the implementation of technically sound standards and standardized tasks.
• Monitors workers' compliance with occupational health and safety regulations, industrial and labor discipline, and internal work regulations.
