Job Description:

Octet Solutions is a Canadian company operating across tech education, SaaS products, and the food service industry. We are seeking a passionate content writer with 2–3 years of experience in creating engaging, SEO-optimized content that aligns with our multi-industry voice. The role involves handling content for websites, ads, social media, emails, blogs, and internal documentation.

We are looking for creative and detail-oriented individuals to join our dynamic training and content team.

You'll play a key role in creating impactful training materials, brand content, and performance optimization strategies for our diverse group of international brands.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop training manuals, SOPs, and guides for teams across departments.
  • Create engaging content for digital platforms, internal portals, and marketing use.
  • Collaborate with brand heads and team leads to analyze and improve performance outcomes.
  • Convert technical or operational concepts into clear, structured, and visually appealing documents.
  • Assist in building and managing the training content repository for multiple brands.

Requirements:

  • Excellent writing and communication skills (English proficiency required).
  • Strong sense of structure, clarity, and attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-brand environment.
  • Background in training, content development, education, or marketing is a plus.(Freshers can also join us)
  • Familiarity with Canva, Google Workspace, or LMS tools is preferred.
