We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Female HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. This internship offers a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in HR operations and develop essential professional skills in a real-world environment.
Duration:
3 month + extendable
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process (job postings, resume screening, interview coordination).
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
Support the onboarding and orientation process for new hires.
Coordinate internal HR communications and employee engagement activities.
Provide administrative support to the HR team on day-to-day tasks.
Assist in drafting HR documents, policies, and reports.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or currently enrolled in a program in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
Eagerness to learn and contribute to a professional team environment.
