Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and supervise Resident Medical Officers to ensure efficient and effective patient care.
  • Monitor and evaluate clinical processes to maintain high standards of quality and safety.
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers to develop and implement patient care plans.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and standards of care.
  • Manage patient admissions, discharges, and transfers in coordination with medical staff.
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
  • Provide training and support to RMOs to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Act as a liaison between clinical staff, patients, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of clinical policies and procedures.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.

Requirements:

  • Qualification: MBBS/MCPS /FCPS with Valid medical license
  • Experience: 2-5 years of experience must be required from clinical and administrative side.
  • Timing: 1 pm- 9 pm
  • Strong leadership and communication skills & excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and make critical decisions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs90, Rs110,000.00 per month
