We are looking for a dynamic and confident female Business Growth Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for researching, identifying, and connecting with potential clients, generating leads, and supporting the sales team in achieving growth targets. This role is perfect for someone with strong communication skills, initiative, and a passion for business development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and new business opportunities.
  • Independently find and contact clients through online platforms, LinkedIn, calls, and emails.
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads for the sales team.
  • Assist in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and quotations.
  • Build and maintain professional relationships with clients and partners.
  • Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to achieve company growth targets.
  • Maintain client records and activity reports in CRM or Excel.
  • Support management in other business development and marketing initiatives.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong ability to research and identify potential clients online.
  • Confident in cold calling, emailing, and social outreach.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and result-oriented.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply (training will be provided).
