Key Responsibilities

The position is responsible for recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, compliance and policy implementation, training and development, compensation, and benefits.


Responsible for Recruitment and conducting new employee orientations, ensuring a smooth onboarding process.

Coordinating and executing the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and selection.

Conducting exit interviews and analyzing data to make recommendations for improvement.

Serving as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns.

Implementing Performance Management (OKR – Objectives & Key Results) IN the HRMS.

Supporting the performance review process and assisting managers in developing performance improvement plans.

Maintaining and updating employee records and HR databases.

Handling sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.

Coordinate with the finance team for payroll.

Reports to the Senior Management in HR Department and works closely with executive management team members.


Job Qualifications & Requirements

The ideal candidate for this job position is expected to meet the following requirements:


Must have 2-4 years of experience in an HR Generalist role.

Expert knowledge of the OKR process is a plus

Experience in IT and the life sciences industry is advantageous.

MBA in Human Resource Management or a related field.
