Botmer International is hiring a skilled Full-Stack Developer with a strong focus on backend engineering. We are looking for someone experienced in building scalable, secure, and production-ready server-side applications, and who can collaborate with frontend teams when required.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs using and NestJS
  • Write clean, structured, and testable code in TypeScript
  • Build, optimize, and maintain database architectures (PostgreSQL or MongoDB)
  • Collaborate with frontend developers to integrate APIs and improve system efficiency
  • Ensure application reliability, security, and performance at scale
  • Work with DevOps for deployments, CI/CD, and cloud infrastructure (AWS preferred)
  • Participate in team code reviews, debugging, and documentation

Requirements

  • Minimum 4–6 years of professional development experience
  • Strong expertise in JavaScript, TypeScript, , NestJS
  • Proficiency in PostgreSQL or MongoDB
  • Solid understanding of scalable backend architecture and microservices
  • Experience working with AWS or similar cloud platforms
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git, Docker, automated testing
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Nice to Have

  • Exposure to Redis, message queues, or serverless environments
  • Experience in front-end frameworks such as React is a plus (not mandatory)
