About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive 

Rebates

Officer to join our Islamabad office.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and tracking all rebate-related

programs with manufacturers and distributors, including monthly, quarterly, and annual

rebates

, promotional 

rebates

, and marketing development funds (MDF).

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual 

rebates

for all manufacturers.

• Handle eligible monthly, quarterly, and annual 

rebates

from all distributors.

• Track and process promo 

rebates

on SKU basis.

• Manage SPIFF programs for all manufacturers where applicable.

• Coordinate and track marketing funds from all manufacturers.

• Coordinate marketing funds from all distributors.

• Maintain documentation for rebate, SPIFF and MDF processes involving all

manufacturers and distributors.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in finance, Business Administration, or a related field.

• 3+ years of experience in rebate related operations.

• Proficient in MS Excel and data management.

• Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.

• Good communication skills to coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

• Willingness to work night shifts (8 PM – 5 AM, PKT).
