Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and creative Web Developer & Funnel Expert to join our growing digital team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with WordPress development, funnel building, CRM integrations, and performance optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain websites using WordPress, Elementor, Divi, WPBakery, and custom themes/plugins.
  • Create and optimize high-converting funnel.
  • Customize CRM tools and automation workflows for lead nurturing and sales enablement.
  • Customize and develop WordPress plugins and themes based on project requirements.
  • Implement website speed optimization techniques and basic SEO.
  • Manage e-commerce setups, including WooCommerce integration and payment gateways.
  • Handle front-end and back-end development using PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery.
  • Oversee database management, server integration, and secure data handling.
  • Ensure responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.
  • Collaborate with marketing and content teams to support campaign launches and lead-generation strategies.

Required Skills & Tools:

  • Web Development: WordPress, PHP, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, Bootstrap, MySQL
  • Funnel Platforms: GoHighLevel, ClickFunnels,
  • Page Builders: Elementor, WPBakery, Divi, Avada
  • E-commerce: WooCommerce, plugin setup, payment integration
  • SEO & Performance: Speed optimization, security, basic SEO practices
  • Tools & Plugins: Contact Form 7, Gravity Forms, ACF, WPML, Zapier, Calendly
  • Other: Experience in custom job portals, HRMS systems, multilingual websites, and funnel automation

Experience:

Minimum 1-3 years of hands-on experience in web development and digital funnel building.
