About Us

We're a growing agency that produces podcast video content for multiple clients. Our goal is simple — create engaging, high-quality podcast videos and short clips that connect with audiences and perform well across platforms.

We're looking for an
experienced and creative Podcast Video Editor
who can bring conversations to life visually and handle end-to-end editing efficiently.

What You'll Do

  • Edit and finalize
    long-form podcast episodes
    for YouTube and other platforms.
  • Create
    shorts, reels, and highlight clips
    optimized for YouTube Shorts, Instagram, and TikTok.
  • Add captions, transitions, sound design, and motion graphics as needed.
  • Maintain consistent visual quality and brand style across projects.
  • Collaborate with our internal team for smooth delivery and feedback cycles.
  • Manage project files and meet deadlines within the night shift hours.

What We're Looking For

  • Strong command of Adobe Premiere Pro
    (After Effects or Audition is a plus).
  • Proven experience editing
    podcast or talk-show style videos
    .
  • Deep understanding of pacing, storytelling, and social media video trends.
  • Ability to work independently and deliver top-quality edits on schedule.
  • Hybrid availability preferred
    (on-site collaboration when needed).
  • Must be comfortable working
    8 PM – 4 AM IST
    .
