About the Role

Shams & Brothers is looking for an experienced and reliable Cook for its factory premises. The selected candidate will be responsible for preparing daily meals for 10–15 staff members, maintaining hygiene standards, and ensuring timely meal service.

This position is ideal for someone skilled in traditional Pakistani cuisine and capable of managing kitchen operations independently.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare breakfast, lunch, and dinner for 10–15 factory staff members.

Ensure quality, taste, and hygiene of all meals served.

Must be expert in Pakistani dishes such as dal, sabzi, chicken, rice, chapati, etc.

Manage kitchen supplies, grocery stock, and ensure minimal wastage.

Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen and dining area.

Ensure timely meal preparation and service for all shifts.

Requirements

Education: Matric or equivalent (culinary experience preferred).

Experience: Minimum 2–3 years as a Cook (preferably in mess, canteen, or industrial kitchen).

Skills:

  • Expertise in Pakistani food preparation.
  • Knowledge of kitchen hygiene and food safety.
  • Ability to manage work independently and responsibly.
