i3MEDIA are looking for a Backlink & Outreach Executive to help strengthen our off-page SEO strategy through smart link-building and outreach. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in finding quality backlink opportunities, managing email outreach, and working with SEO tools like Semrush or Ahrefs.

You'll be part of our SEO team, focusing on competitor analysis, prospecting relevant websites, and building genuine relationships through email communication.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct backlink gap analysis using Semrush or Ahrefs to find websites linking to competitors but not to our clients.
  • Prospect and qualify outreach opportunities based on relevance, domain authority, and link quality.
  • Execute email outreach campaigns using predefined templates and personalized messaging.
  • Manage and track outreach responses, follow-ups, and placement updates.
  • Keep detailed reports on outreach performance and link acquisition progress.
  • Work closely with the SEO and content teams to ensure backlinks are relevant to our target pages and keywords.
  • Regularly monitor competitors' backlink profiles to discover new link opportunities.

Requirements:

  • 1+ year of experience in SEO outreach or link-building.
  • Strong knowledge of Semrush, Ahrefs, or similar backlink tools.
  • Comfortable using email outreach tools and managing communication with bloggers and webmasters.
  • Understanding of domain authority, link quality, and anchor text.
  • Good written communication and email writing skills.
  • Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple outreach campaigns.
