Role Description

We're looking for a
talented Artificial Intelligence Engineer
to join our team and develop an
AI-powered chatbot
for our
travel booking platform
.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop an
    AI chatbot
    that interacts with users for
    hotel, flight, and transfer bookings
    .
  • Integrate multiple travel APIs into the chatbot system.
  • Build and optimize the
    back-office AI workflows
    , allowing clients to create and manage agents, customers, invoices, and bookable packages.
  • Collaborate with the development team to enhance automation and improve user experience.
  • Implement machine learning or NLP-based solutions to make the chatbot smarter over time.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in
    AI / ML development
    (preferably with chatbots or conversational AI).
  • Strong command of
    Python, NLP frameworks (e.g., Rasa, Dialogflow, LangChain, OpenAI API)
    .
  • Experience with
    API integration
    and
    backend systems
    .
  • Familiarity with
    travel tech
    or booking engines is a plus.
