We are looking for a passionate and motivated Front Sales Executive (Calling) to join our dynamic team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to grow your career in sales by engaging with international clients through SMM leads and cold calling.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Management

  • Handle direct sales leads efficiently and professionally.
  • Follow up promptly and convert inquiries into successful sales.

Sales & Business Development

  • Identify client needs and recommend the best website solutions.
  • Conduct cold calling and work on BARK & SMM leads.
  • Deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed targets.

Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
  • Provide excellent customer service and after-sales support.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field (preferred).
  • Minimum 1–2 years of proven experience in website sales.
  • Strong technical knowledge of websites (design, development, functionality).
  • Excellent English communication skills with a clear accent.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical clients.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Salary: 70k – 100k + Commission
  • Sales Target: $3,000 – $5,000
  • Professional and growth-focused work environment.
