Role Description

We're looking for a driven and persuasive Sales Executive to join our team. You'll be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with potential clients, and closing deals for our web development and AI integration services.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, understands client needs, and can communicate the value of digital solutions effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, approach, and convert potential clients through LinkedIn, email outreach, and calls.
  • Present MindVista's services (web development, AI integrations, and automation solutions) to businesses in the US, UK, and Gulf regions.
  • Qualify leads and set up meetings for the technical team.
  • Maintain and update CRM with accurate client information.
  • Work closely with the marketing and technical teams to align strategies.
  • Meet weekly and monthly sales targets.
  • Follow up with leads and build long-term relationships with prospects.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in IT or software services.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills (English fluency required).
  • Proven experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, cold emailing, or outbound prospecting.
  • Ability to understand and pitch web development and AI-driven services.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and results-oriented.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Pipedrive, or similar) is a plus.
