The Department of Community Health Sciences (CHS) is the leading unit of its type in Pakistan, recognized regionally and internationally for the relevance, quality, and extent of its work in support of public health and the development of primary health care systems. It comprises of five major operational sections\: Epidemiology & biostatistics, Health policy & management, Population & reproductive health, Environmental health & climate change, and non-communicable diseases & mental health.
This is a grant-funded contractual position.
Job Role / Responsibilities: You are required to:oversee the administrative aspects of the project, ensuring efficient coordination between research teams, stakeholders, and field stafffacilitate communication and collaboration between national and international stakeholders, project partners, and research teams for seamless project executionsupervise the organization, compilation, and management of qualitative and quantitative data, ensuring adherence to data protection and compliance standardsprepare, review, and finalize reports, manuscripts, abstracts, and presentations for investigators, administrators, and funding agenciesplan, organize, and coordinate research-related training sessions, workshops, and CME programs in collaboration with the CHS team and project partnering institutesmanage project logistics, including scheduling meetings, tracking deliverables, and ensuring adherence to project timelinesensure adherence to research protocols, ethical guidelines, and institutional policies, including plagiarism checks using Turnitinassist in budget monitoring, procurement processes, and financial reporting related to project activities. Eligibility Criteria / Requirements: You should have:Bachelors/Masters in any management related disciplineone to two years year of relevant admin and project management experience preferably in community settings/hospital or research facility will be preferredexperience of working with research teams (Qualitative, Quantitative and mixed method study)excellent interpersonal skills particularly communication skillsproficiency in the use of computer applications, particularly MS Word and excelability to use and manage data on the RedCapability to manage time and prioritize tasks effectively.Comprehensive employment checks shall be conducted.
