Act as the main point of contact for assigned cybersecurity clients throughout the customer lifecycle

Ensure successful onboarding and implementation of cybersecurity products and services

Develop a deep understanding of each client's security posture, needs, and business objectives

Provide proactive support, technical guidance, and coordinate with internal cybersecurity teams to address client needs

Monitor product usage and service adoption, ensuring clients realize full value

Conduct regular check-ins, business reviews, and security health assessments with customers

Handle client escalations and work cross-functionally to resolve issues effectively

Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional cybersecurity services

Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and reduce churn

Ensure clients are informed about relevant cybersecurity threats, patches, and updates

Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions in CRM tools



Requirements Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Business Administration, or a related field

Experience:

  • 2–4 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Technical Support, preferably in a cybersecurity or IT services environment

Skills:

  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity concepts, tools, and solutions (e.g., firewalls, SIEM, endpoint protection, SOC)

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

  • Ability to translate complex technical issues into business terms for clients

  • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho) and ticketing tools

  • Certifications such as CompTIA Security+, CSM, or equivalent are a plus
