Today the company is operating 10 wholesale centers in Lahore, Karachi, Multan, Islamabad & Faisalabad.

METRO Pakistan (Pvt) Limited is part of METRO GROUP's sales division METRO Cash & Carry, the international leader in self-service wholesale. The company operates more than 750 stores in 25 countries in Europe, Asia and Africa and has a workforce of over 107,000 employees. Sales in 2016/17 were approximately 37 billion Euro.

Job Description

  • Analyzing MDC customers' needs including product, quality and packaging.
  • Developing and introducing core & regional assortment for each MDC.
  • Constantly monitoring sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities to ensure MDC offerings stay relevant and ahead of the competition.
  • Coordinating & implementing category/product level pricing strategy for MDC that creates value for the customers and METRO.
  • Ensuring that offers are effectively communicated to MDC customers while ensuring visibility.
  • Acting as the key liaison between METRO cross functional teams and external suppliers to ensure timely plan roll outs and stock availability.
  • Regularly reporting on MDC performance and make data-driven recommendations to adjust strategies and improve overall business outcomes within the MDC.

Qualifications

Minimum Bachelors degree in Business Administration
