Role Overview

We are seeking a board-certified Dermatologist to join our clinic to provide high-quality skin care services, combining clinical dermatology and cosmetic treatments. The ideal candidate will deliver excellent patient outcomes, uphold high professional and ethical standards, and contribute to the clinic's growth and reputation.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and treat a wide range of skin, hair, and nail conditions (acne, eczema, psoriasis, rosacea, dermatitis, fungal infections, etc.)
• Perform cosmetic dermatology procedures, e.g. chemical peels, microdermabrasion, laser therapies, injections (Botox, fillers), skin tightening, etc.
• Evaluate patients' suitability for treatments, counsel them on risks, benefits, and aftercare
• Maintain accurate medical records and document treatment plans
• Collaborate with clinic staff (nurses, estheticians, administrative team) to ensure seamless patient flow
• Stay up to date with the latest dermatology advances & technology; attend relevant trainings / conferences
• Provide patient education: skincare regimens, prevention, lifestyle advice
• Participate in the clinic's marketing / social media efforts where needed (before-/after photos, patient testimonials, educational content)

Qualifications & Skills

• Medical Degree (MBBS or equivalent), plus Board Certification (or equivalent) in Dermatology
• Valid medical license to practice in Pakistan
• Minimum ___ years of experience in clinical dermatology; cosmetic dermatology experience strongly preferred
• Proven expertise in cosmetic procedures and use of dermatological technologies (lasers, injectables, etc.)
• Strong diagnostic skills and evidence-based practice
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; empathy and patient-centric care
• Good documentation and organizational abilities
• (If required) social media / marketing savvy; willingness to engage in patient education and clinic promotion
