Brand Spectrum Private Limited is a leading Digital Marketing Agency is seeking an innovative and results-driven Senior Creative Manager at our DHA Lahore Office, to lead the creative vision and strategy for our brand. The ideal candidate will have a flair for developing impactful ideas, crafting engaging pitches, designing captivating presentations, and managing social media platforms to elevate our brand presence. Key Responsibilities:

Pitch Development & Ideation:

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop compelling pitches tailored to client needs.

· Brainstorm creative concepts and strategies that align with brand objectives.

· Ensure all pitches and proposals are visually stunning and effectively communicate the value proposition.

Presentation Creation:

· Design high-impact presentations using tools like PowerPoint, Keynote, and Canva.

· Maintain brand consistency while crafting innovative visual stories for internal and external audiences.

· Tailor presentations for various stakeholders, including senior management and clients.

Social Media Management:

· Oversee the strategy, planning, and execution of social media campaigns across platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter).

· Create and curate engaging content, including visuals, videos, and copy.

· Analyze performance metrics and optimize strategies to increase engagement and reach.

· Stay updated on social media trends and integrate them into campaigns.

Creative Direction:

· Drive the development of visual and content assets that represent the brand's identity.

· Provide creative direction and feedback to designers, copywriters, and production teams.

· Foster a culture of creativity and innovation within the team.

Project Management:

· Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.

· Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and team members to ensure alignment on goals and deliverables.

· Maintain budgets and timelines while maximizing creative output.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Design, Communication, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in a creative or social media management role.
  • Proficiency in design and presentation tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, PowerPoint).
  • Strong understanding of social media algorithms and best practices.
  • Exceptional communication, storytelling, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to generate fresh, innovative ideas while aligning them with business goals.
  • Experience in managing and mentoring creative teams is a plus.
