Role Overview

As a Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by bringing in new clients and expanding our customer base. You will lead outreach efforts, build strong relationships with prospects, and develop strategies to convert leads into long-term partners. Your main focus will be sales acquisition — from prospecting and outreach to deal closure.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and target potential clients who need Amazon brand management and scaling services.
  • Conduct outbound sales activities including cold calling, email outreach, and social media prospecting.
  • Develop and execute sales funnels and campaigns to attract and convert leads.
  • Create compelling pitches and proposals tailored to client needs.
  • Schedule and lead discovery calls with prospects, clearly presenting Ammutech's services and value proposition.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly client acquisition targets.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategy with campaigns, ads, and brand positioning.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and sales activity in CRM tools.
  • Provide regular sales reports and performance updates to management.
  • Stay updated on Amazon trends, FBA policies, and e-commerce market changes to position Ammutech as a thought leader.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
  • 2–3+ years of proven experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition — preferably in E-commerce.
  • Strong understanding of sales pipelines, outreach strategies, and closing techniques.
  • Excellent English communication skills (both verbal and written).
  • Ability to work independently and hit monthly client acquisition targets.
  • Experience using CRM tools, email automation software, and social media for lead generation is a strong plus.
  • Goal-driven, persistent, and comfortable with outbound outreach and negotiations.
  • Knowledge of Amazon FBA, PPC, and e-commerce services will be a huge advantage.
