We are looking for an experienced Lifter Operator to join our team at the cotton warehouse. The ideal candidate will ensure safe and efficient handling of cotton bales while supporting smooth warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate diesel lifters for bale loading, unloading, and stacking.
  • Safely operate the bale climb lifter for high stacking.
  • Follow all HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) standards and company safety procedures.
  • Support bale issuance and dispatch activities.
  • Conduct routine checks and basic maintenance of the lifter.

Requirements:

  • 3–5 years of experience in a cotton warehouse environment.
  • Skilled in operating diesel lifters.
  • Strong knowledge of HSE practices.
  • Physically fit for bale handling operations.
  • No health issues related to cotton exposure (allergy, cough, inhaler use, etc.).
  • Responsible, safety-conscious, and a strong team player.
