Role Description

We are seeking a Retell AI & N8N Expert for a full-time, on-site role based in Rawalpindi. The role involves designing, implementing, and maintaining automation workflows using N8N, as well as leveraging Retell AI to create and enhance AI-powered voice agents. You will collaborate closely with development teams, troubleshoot issues, optimize processes, and ensure seamless integration with existing systems.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in N8N for creating and maintaining automation workflows
• Familiarity with OpenAI APIs and other AI-driven integrations.
• Understanding of agentic AI and orchestration frameworks.
• Knowledge of prompt engineering and LLM fine-tuning.
• Experience with Retell AI or similar AI platforms, and the ability to develop AI-powered solutions
• Familiarity with web and application development processes, APIs, and system integrations
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to optimize workflows and troubleshoot technical issues
• Effective communication and collaboration skills to work in a team-oriented environment
• Bachelor's or higher degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
• Familiarity with the latest automation trends and technologies in the AI space is a plus
