Qualification

  • Bachelor in Engineering / DAE (Diploma of Associate Engineering)
  • Certified Welding Inspector (CWI/CWE) or equivalent (highly preferred)
  • 7–10 years' experience as a technical trainer

Job Description

  • Deliver training in SMAW, GTAW, FCAW, GMAW & mechanized processes on carbon steel, stainless steels & alloys
  • Develop WPS & PQR in line with ASME IX, API 1104, AWS D1.1 standards
  • Conduct practical sessions, coupon testing, NDT & certification processes
  • Maintain training records in the Company Competency Management System (CCMS)
  • Coach and mentor national assistant trainers for sustainable knowledge transfer

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs100, Rs150,000.00 per month
