Social Media Marketing Agent

My London Transfers, a fast-growing UK-wide airport transfer and minibus service provider, is looking for a talented Social Media Marketing Agent with proven experience managing international audiences and scaling brand visibility across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create, manage, and optimise social media content across LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram, Pinterest, and Facebook.
  • Develop platform-specific strategies to grow reach, engagement, and conversions.
  • Manage both UK and international campaigns, ensuring brand consistency across all regions.
  • Produce short-form video content, reels, and ad-creative tailored to each platform.
  • Monitor analytics and provide weekly performance reports with actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with the operations and design teams to maintain a consistent brand voice.
  • Plan and execute paid ad campaigns where required.

Requirements

  • Proven experience working with international clients (portfolio or examples required).
  • Strong hands-on expertise with LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram, Pinterest, and Facebook.
  • Ability to independently plan, create, and schedule high-quality content.
  • Strong understanding of trends, hashtags, analytics tools, and audience-building strategies.
  • Experience in travel, transport, hospitality, or service-based industries is a plus.
  • Excellent written English and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
