We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced
Senior Investment Advisor
to join our dynamic team at IDEASONE. The ideal candidate will play a key role in guiding potential investors, managing client relationships, and closing high-value deals for our residential and commercial real estate projects in B-17.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and engage prospective clients and investors for IDEASONE projects.
  • Provide tailored investment advice based on market trends, project potential, and client needs.
  • Conduct site visits, presentations, and investment meetings with clients.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Collaborate with the sales, marketing, and CRM teams to drive investment sales and meet monthly targets.
  • Assist in the development of sales strategies and contribute to campaign planning.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field (BBA preferred).
  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience in real estate sales/investment advisory.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and client-focused personality.

What We Offer:
