We are expanding our offshore delivery capabilities and are currently seeking a
Senior Functional Business Central Consultant
to join our Karachi team. You'll play a key role in designing, configuring, and delivering Business Central solutions, working closely with our onshore consulting team in Sydney.

What You'll Do

• Lead and participate in requirement-gathering workshops to capture and analyse client business processes.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications for configuration and development.
• Configure and implement core Business Central modules: Sales, Finance, Purchasing, Inventory, Warehousing, and Manufacturing.
• Prepare fit-gap analyses and advise clients on best practices, process improvements, and solution options.
• Collaborate with technical consultants for customisations, integrations, and reporting.
• Develop test scenarios, support UAT, and ensure solutions meet client expectations.
• Deliver end-user training and documentation for smooth adoption.
• Provide post-go-live functional support and continuous improvement recommendations.
• Mentor junior consultants in functional design and client-facing practices.

What You Bring

• 5+ years of hands-on experience delivering end-to-end D365 Business Central implementations.
• Proven expertise in configuring BC functional modules: Sales, Finance, Purchasing, Inventory, Warehousing, and Manufacturing (highly preferred).
• Strong understanding of accounting, supply chain, and operational processes.
• Experience facilitating workshops, documenting requirements, and preparing functional specifications.
• Ability to lead discussions with clients and translate requirements into system configurations.
• Familiarity with data migration approaches and working with technical teams for integrations/customisations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Microsoft certifications in Business Central are highly regarded.
