Candidate should have proficiency to develop project proposals while utilizing specifications, relevant design guidelines & client requirements. (Expert in residential interior and Landscape designs)

  • Prepare layouts and preliminary design schemes.

  • Adjust designs and plans to meet the client's needs.

  • Prepare drawings, 3D models, presentations

-Assist in preparation of tender/construction packages.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's in Architecture or Interior design with minimum 3 years of relevant experience

  • Must be strong in conceptual development and planning

-Knowledge of current industry trends, building technology, codes, and regulations

  • Good team working and time management skills

  • Able to work independently and manage assigned tasks with efficiency

  • Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, Sketchup and rendering software

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs60, Rs120,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Karachi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
