CloudRexpo is seeking a Retired Colonel to oversee the company's legal, compliance, and administrative operations. The ideal candidate will uphold the highest standards of discipline, integrity, and professionalism while ensuring all company activities are conducted in accordance with legal requirements and internal policies.

This role demands a strategic thinker with strong leadership, administrative control, and legal acumen to safeguard the company's interests and maintain regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage all legal and compliance matters within the organization.
  • Draft, review, and vet contracts, agreements, and official documents.
  • Ensure compliance with all labor laws, corporate regulations, and government requirements.
  • Represent the company in legal proceedings and liaise with external legal advisors.
  • Maintain and update the company's legal records, documentation, and correspondence.
  • Advise senior management on risk management, disciplinary procedures, and legal exposure.
  • Ensure proper enforcement of company policies and SOPs across all departments.
  • Handle property-related and contractual legal affairs when required.
  • Provide legal and compliance training to relevant staff to ensure awareness and accountability.
  • Foster a disciplined, transparent, and compliant organizational environment.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Retired Colonel (Pakistan Army) with strong administrative, disciplinary, or legal experience.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Law (LLB/LLM) preferred but not mandatory if relevant experience is proven.
  • Minimum 5–10 years of professional experience, including leadership or compliance-related roles.
  • Solid understanding of corporate, labor, and civil law.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and documentation skills.
  • High integrity, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
