About Us:

We are a growing logistics company specializing in sea cargo imports from China to Pakistan, focusing on Door Duty Paid (DDP) services for traders, wholesalers, distributors, and retailers across a wide range of products including plastics, kitchenware, general merchandise, cosmetics, clothing, footwear, machinery, and mobile accessories.

We are hiring a Bilingual Indoor Sales Executive who will be responsible for generating the right kind of leads, engaging clients online, and setting appointments for our outdoor sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Search, identify, and engage leads from wholesale markets, distributors, traders, and importers of general goods categories (plastics, kitchenware, cosmetics, footwear, electronics accessories, clothing, etc.).
  • Generate qualified leads through calls, online platforms, and social media.
  • Set and confirm appointments for the Outdoor Sales Outreach Manager to conduct face-to-face meetings and close deals.
  • Communicate effectively in Chinese (Mandarin) with suppliers/manufacturers and in Urdu with local traders/wholesalers to facilitate smooth coordination.
  • Clearly explain our DDP sea cargo services to potential clients and answer their initial questions.
  • Maintain CRM/lead database and provide regular reporting on prospects and appointments.
  • Collaborate closely with the Outdoor Sales Manager to ensure high conversion rates.

Requirements:

  • Must be fluent in Chinese (Mandarin) and Urdu – both spoken and written.
  • Prior experience in online sales, telesales, or client coordination (logistics/freight forwarding experience is a plus).
  • Strong understanding of Pakistan's wholesale and trading markets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to find and engage the right category of clients for logistics services.
