Job Title: Executive Dairy Technologist (Milk Plant)

Qualification: BS (Hons.) or MS in Dairy Technology

Experience:

  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in dairy processing.

Skills:

  • Hands-on experience in the production of pasteurized milk, khoya, paneer (cottage cheese), yogurt, butter, and desi ghee.
  • Practical understanding of dairy processing equipment and overall plant operations.
  • Working knowledge of food safety systems, hygiene protocols, SOPs, and GMP.
  • Strong grasp of dairy fat/SNF standards and the ability to control key production parameters.
  • Proven ability to maintain accurate production documentation and ensure process compliance.
  • Excellent coordination skills with a proven ability to collaborate across production, QC, and engineering teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day milk processing and the production of value-added products like pasteurized milk, yogurt, paneer, butter, desi ghee, and khoya.
  • Ensure all processes adhere to strict food safety, hygiene, and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards.
  • Monitor and control critical process parameters for pasteurization, fermentation, and separation.
  • Maintain accurate batch processing records and all related production documentation.
  • Coordinate closely with Quality Control (QC) and Maintenance teams to ensure product quality and equipment reliability.
  • Optimize raw milk usage, minimize waste, and contribute to continuous process improvement.
