Job Description:

We are looking for a
skilled and disciplined Accountant
to join our growing travel agency team. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience with
travel industry accounting systems (especially Catalyst)
and a strong understanding of travel financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily accounting operations for travel bookings, invoices, and supplier payments.
  • Maintain records of BSP, GDS, and airline reconciliations.
  • Handle client billing, refunds, and commission statements.
  • Prepare financial reports, ledgers, and expense tracking.
  • Coordinate with operations and management for financial planning and reporting.
  • Ensure timely submission of accounts and compliance with company policies.

Requirements:

  • Minimum
    2–3 years of accounting experience
    in a
    travel agency environment
    .
  • Strong knowledge of
    Catalyst or similar travel accounting software
    .
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills —
    well spoken and professional
    .
  • Ability to
    multitask
    , work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and highly
    disciplined
    .
  • Age between
    20–30 years
    preferred.
