We are hiring a
Senior Specialist

to join the Corporate Controlling unit of our major international clients. This is a high-value
Techno-Functional role

sitting at the intersection of
Financial Controlling (SAP CO)

and
ERP Systems Architecture

.

You will act as the guardian of financial data integrity, bridging the critical gap between the Global Finance Department and IT Operations.

Key Responsibilities

Directly mapped to global corporate controlling requirements.

A. ERP Controlling & Database Architecture

• Schema Maintenance:

Manage and maintain the database schema for financial controlling to ensure data integrity across the ERP landscape.
- KPI Management:

Define, implement, and manage Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for executive reporting.
- IFRS 15 Compliance:

Execute and monitor both manual and automated accruals, ensuring strict adherence to
IFRS 15 (Revenue from Contracts with Customers)

.
- Governance:

Maintain internal controlling guidelines and ensure system adherence to global standards.
- Reporting:

Lead the accrual reporting process for month-end and quarter-end closes.

B. Quality Assurance & Systems Monitoring

• Central Finance Monitoring:

Proactively monitor
SAP Central Finance (CFIN)

or equivalent ERP systems for data replication errors.
- Mapping Resolution:

Investigate and fix complex mapping issues related to
Articles, Vendors, and Value Fields

between source systems and the central ERP.
- Object Handling:

Identify and resolve non-replicated cost objects, internal orders, and project WBS elements.
- Error Handling:

Serve as the Level 3 escalation point for replication failures and data inconsistencies.

C. Enhancements & IT Collaboration

• Development Review:

Review new business unit software developments from a strict
Accounting & Controlling perspective

before deployment.
- Interface Support:

Provide technical support for data interfaces connecting
Third-Party Systems

(Subsidiaries/External Tools) to the central ERP.
- Process Optimization:

Collaborate with IT engineering teams to automate manual controlling tasks.

Candidate Profile
A. Technical Competencies

• SAP Expertise:

Deep functional knowledge of
SAP S/4HANA

, specifically
CO (Controlling)

and
FI (Finance)

modules. Experience with
Central Finance (CFIN)

is highly preferred.
- Compliance:

Expert-level understanding of
IFRS 15

revenue recognition principles and their system implementation.
- Data Proficiency:

Ability to handle complex data mapping, advanced Excel (Power Query), and Business Warehouse (BW) reporting tools.

B. Experience & Qualifications

• Education:

ACMA, ACCA, CA (Qualified/Finalist), or Master's degree in Finance/ERP Systems.
- Experience:

5+ years in
Corporate Controlling

,
Management Accounting

, or
ERP Consulting

for multinational organizations.
- Communication:

Excellent English (Written/Verbal) is mandatory for daily coordination with European/US stakeholders.

C. Security and Compliance Requirements

Because we operate from the National Aerospace Science & Technology Park (NASTP), all employees must undergo a rigorous vetting process.

• Background Verification:

Mandatory police character certificate and verification of financial history.
- NASTP Access:

Candidate must be eligible for security clearance to enter the NASTP facility daily.
- Data Integrity:

You will sign strict Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) and Data Sovereignty contracts aligned with international enterprise standards.
