Encoders is seeking a skilled Specialist in Research Publication to join our growing on-site team. This role is ideal for candidates with a proven record of publishing research papers in Scopus, WOS, ISI, SSCI, SCI, or SCIE-indexed journals. We're looking for someone with strong leadership skills and hands-on experience managing every stage of the publication process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the complete lifecycle of research publication from writing, manuscript development, and journal selection to submission, revision management, and final indexing.
  • Ensure every publication meets academic integrity standards and complies with journal-specific formatting and ethical guidelines.
  • Coordinate with editors, reviewers, and journal teams to ensure a seamless publishing workflow.
  • Collaborate with sales and academic writing teams to align deliverables with client expectations.
  • Provide guidance, mentorship, and training to junior staff members.
  • Promote transparency, accountability, and timely completion of all publication tasks.
  • Prepare and present weekly progress reports directly to the CEO.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated success in publishing papers in indexed journals (Scopus, ISI, WOS, SSCI, SCI, or SCIE).
  • In-depth understanding of research ethics, publication standards, and formatting rules.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong ability to manage deadlines and work efficiently under pressure.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs75, Rs80,000.00 per month
