About The Role

We're looking for a creative Graphic Designer & Video Editor who can produce dynamic content for social media platforms - Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Twitter. With clients spanning sports, chiropractic, construction, beauty & makeup, automobile, multivitamins, and more, you'll need to adapt to different niches while keeping content engaging and fresh.

This is an on-site role based in our Karachi Office: F3/3, Forum Street, Block 9 Clifton, Karachi, Sindh, 75600.

We are a North American Company working a 5 day work week from Monday to Friday from 4 PM to 1 AM PST.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Design eye-catching animated statics and motion graphics tailored for social platforms.
  • Edit short-form and long-form videos with powerful 3-second hooks, trending music, and storytelling that keeps audiences watching.
  • Consistently experiment with different editing styles, never getting too comfortable with one format or approach.
  • Be proactive in polishing your work, ensuring every piece feels professional, unique, and platform-ready.
  • Brainstorm and bring forward creative ideas and coordinate with the team and manager to ensure smooth project execution and timely delivery.
  • Adapt designs and edits to suit different client industries.
  • Incorporate feedback seamlessly and deliver refined, on-brand content.
  • Able to manage projects for different clients at the same time while staying creative and efficient.

PREFERED QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE:

  • Proven experience in graphic design and video editing with a strong portfolio of social media work.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro or CapCut, After Effects) or equivalent tools.
  • Deep understanding of social media aesthetics, and engagement strategies.
  • Ability to create polished animated statics and engaging motion graphics.
  • A creative person who likes to test and try new styles.
  • Strong time-management skills and problem solving abilities, with the ability to deliver multiple projects on deadline.
  • Open to feedback and capable of making effective revisions.
  • Must have a Bachelor's degree in Media Sciences, Mass Communication, or a related field. However, if you have the required skills and experience mentioned above, you are welcome to apply even without the listed degree.
