Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Project Manager Civil for basic infrastructure project including cut and fill, road and drainage construction, based in Quetta. The Project Manager will oversee all aspects of construction projects, including planning, coordinating, and executing civil engineering and infrastructure tasks. Responsibilities include budget management, resource allocation, progress monitoring, and ensuring compliance with project specifications and timelines. The role requires effective collaboration with teams, clients, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality outcomes that meet organizational and client expectations.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Project Management, Construction Management, and Civil Engineering
  • Experience in managing budgets and cost control
  • Proficiency in Infrastructure planning and execution
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and quality management practices
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
  • Professional certification in project management (e.g., PMP) is a plus
  • Ability to work effectively on-site and manage multiple priorities
  • Experience in large-scale construction projects is highly desirable
